First Aid Supplies

Whether you are looking to restock an existing kit or add to it, we offer a wide range of first aid materials that we can send to you. No more searching chemists and supermarkets trying to find the supplies you’re looking for.

We offer a restocking service for all our kits, below is a PDF order form, fill this out and send it back to us and we’ll post your stock to you.

You can fax (03 9735 9589), email (admin@givelifecenter.com) or post (Unit C 6-8 Floriston Rd, Boronia VIC 3155) us your completed form and we’ll send the supplies to you. There is no minimum order quantity for the supply of individual items.

All orders attract a 15.00 Postage and Handling fee so we can ensure you are paying the best price for the products you need and not wasting your money on inflated prices.

We can visit your business for onsite restocking of kits if you are in the Eastern Suburbs of Melbourne.  This will attract a minimum order or surcharge.
